High Performance Silicone Tires for 1:32 Scale Slot Cars. Slot Car Racing: 1/32 Slot Cars: Road Huggers High Performance Silicone Slot Car Tires. High Performance Motors, Stablization Magnets & Hand Controllers for 1:32 Scale Slot Cars. Silicone tires greatly improve straight-away traction and reduce loose handling in the curves. Tires are molded in silicone rubber by Indy Grips and silicone or polysilicone rubbers by G-Formance. "ROADHUGGERS" brand premium slip on, sandable formula silicone tires. Gluing the tires to the rims with Permatex 65A glue is recommended for high performance motor applications or when using strong traction magnets. For best performance true the tires on the car after installation.

SPORT or START? There is a design difference between Scalextric SPORT Track and Scalextric START Track, with START being designed more as an economical entry level or childrens toy, with a different track connection design and with very limited variety of track accessory pieces. START Track is a less flexible plastic. START set race cars have less detail and are more impact resistent. START set hand controllers have a secondary adjustible speed contol to govern the top speed for new racers. However, by using Scalextric's START to SPORT track conversion track piece, you can easily add and use the advanced and wide variety of SPORT track pieces and accessories with your Scalextric START race track layout.

I really like this trimmer; it's the third one I've purchased over the years. I especially like the wide bed on which you place the paper to be cut. It is 6.5 inches wide, which accommodates most paper without using the extenders underneath. It is also one of the few trimmers I've used that has accurate right angle measurements from the top and grid both. And the Oakridge Hobbies price was the best I found on the Internet.
