Compete with your friends to kill monsters, grab the loot, level up, and win!

Go down in the dungeon. Kill everything you meet. Backstab your friends and steal their stuff. Grab the treasure and run. Designed by Steve Jackson, the Munchkin card game captures the essence of the dungeon experience as you and your friends compete to kill monsters and grab magic items. And it's illustrated (now in full color!) by John Kovalic!



1. Kick down the Door.

Draw one card from the Door deck and turn it face up. If it's a monster, you must fight it. If it's a curse, apply it. If you draw any other card, put it in your hand.



2. Fight the Monster.

Compare your combat strength (your level plus any bonuses or penalties) to the monster's combat strength. If yours is greater, you win! Don't forget to ask for help if you need it! 



3. Grab the Treasure.

When you defeat the monster, draw the number of treasures listed on the bottom of the monster's card. Share (if someone helped) or hoard them all to yourself! 



4. Reach Level 10 and win!


Gain a level (or more!) when defeating a monster. The first player to Level 10 wins the game!
