Vintage Power Wheels (Pre 2005)

Power Wheels vehicles can last a very long time if cared for properly. However, like many things, time does take its toll and parts will wear out. Fisher Price Power Wheels focuses its replacement parts on it's current line of vehicles as well as models from the past few years. Most cosmetic parts for older vehicles are no longer made or available, however some functional parts are still produced in limited fashion. It is possible to get new current parts to work on older vehicles, however it usually involves trial and error and some modification. Also please note: many models made before 1998 were part of a battery connector recall. Older vehicles affected were retrofitted with newer and safer connectors that are used in current vehicles. Recall repairs ceased in 2020. Older vehicles that were not fixed under recall should not be used. If you are not sure if your vehicle was repaired under recall, please contact us for assistance.
