Physical Condition is fair. The Tracks and Transformer we used to test the engine did not make the train maneuver at all. We used the transformer on the tracks and then we touched the wheels of the engine to see if it was dead but it still did not work. It may need a new motor or it could be our test board and transformer we used. You may also need to replace the lights because they did not turn on at all when tested
