17th Century Spanish Jacobean Armchair
The arm chair with open arms has a high back with straight carved finials The quadrangular legs that form the chair under frame are joined with a straight stretcher at the back of the chair. The front stretcher is decorated with an ornate pierced carving and the bottom floor level rail of the underfame extends to the front and back of the chair by 1/16 inch. The flat arm rests are supported by a fine turned spindle. The chair is upholstered in a green linen wihch has gold flowers woven into the fabric. Available in a walnut finish. 41 2 H x 21 4 W x 23 8 D
