Condition: Used - Tested
Condition Notes: Physical Condition Good. Tested on a Ho Scale Track board. Would not run on the test board however it runs when we touched the wires of the transformer to the wheels. May need repairs. The lights work but that is the only other thing we tested if it needed to be tested
