Piko G Scale Black Hill Saloon #62223 -assembled- preowned (READ). Extra parts that have not been attached, as well as instructions and some alternate signage are included. The roof and balconies are unattached will will need to be glued in place. they will be shipped in same order but protected in separate box. Measures 18" long, 10" deep and 13" high- measurements do not include depth of balconies.

Because this item is 10-15 years old, there is a chance that some pieces may need reglueing. Please view the pictures- sold as is, no returns, no refunds
