The clean Mercedes C9 was used at the end of the 1990er in the world sports car championship and in 24-hour races. In the 1989 season, the Clean-Mercedes team celebrated seven victories in eight races with the C9 and won the sports car world championship. With the detailed Tamiya model, lovers can even rebuild the 5-liter V8 twin engine under the removable rear panel. The aerodynamic shape of the racing car is realistically reproduced in the model, even the suspension, cockpit and even the underbody impress with its richness of detail. The kit also contains photo-etching parts for the motor and other detailed decals and masking stickers.

This is a scale model kit to be assembled by an adult; it includes all the parts as indicated, but it does not include glue or paints.
New reissue of the fantastic Tamiya model kit, available for a limited time. It includes a fully detailed engine, as well as the cabin and the front damping system. Photo-etched parts have been added with intercooler grilles, harnesses, etc. The decals include the three numbers that competed at Le Mans, and have been printed by Cartograf.
