As if a Typhoon display wasnt appealing enough as an Airshow attraction, RAF officials sanctioned the special presentation of their display jet for the 2021 season, a scheme which immediately ensured that Typhoon ZJ914 went on to become the highest profile aircraft in current RAF service. The scheme is a real head-turner, taking design inspiration from the Union Flag and Royal Air Force roundel, applied over a smart black aggressor scheme and it didnt take long before it worked its way into the hearts of enthusiasts and aviation photographers everywhere.
