1/14 British SE-5A 24" Laser Cut. GUILLOW'S - BALSA WOOD AIRPLANE MODEL KITS. 1/14th Scale Guillows British S.E. 5A Laser Cut Balsa Wood Kit.. Introduced in 1916, and built by the Royal Aircraft Factory these airplanes were mostly employed on the Western Front and also used as training units in Great Britain. This Guillow's balsa wood airplane kit may be powered by a rubber motor, an .020 nitro engine or built as a display model. Frame is constructed of laser cut balsa. Rubber thread included resembles a very long rubber band that is tied to create the rubber "motor." This Guillow's balsa wood airplane kit includes white tissue covering, scale plastic radial engine, gun, pilot figure, 2" (51mm) wheels, nose cowl, and propeller, decals, steel control rod, illustrated instruction sheet, plan sheet and rubber thread. Kit requires Ambroid and plastic cement, dope, building tools. Motors and radio equipment are not furnished in the kit. For Experienced Adult Modelers..
