This is a Lionel 16946 C&O F-9 Wellcar w/Cable Reel Load from 1995. This Wellcar features 2 removable cable reels, die-cast metal trucks, die-cast metal operating knuckle couplers, and metal wheels and axles.
New Item (never run or used), with box that has been opened. Item was taken out of box and placed on display in protected glass showcase. (May have minimal dust)
