    hummingbird feeder

    After filling this and hanging it, I noticed that the birds didn't appear to be using it. They'd hover but wouldn't stick around. I tried placing the old feeder near it with water in it. Still nothing. I finally placed nectar in the old feeder and the birds were back in business. I also had a very hard time in separating the top and base. The nectar acted like a super glue and made it extremely difficult to unscrew. Wasted money and another garage sale item.
