This high quality item is the CIR-KIT ELECTRICAL - Hobby & Miniaturist's Lighting 3/16 Candle Socket With 12 Inch Varnished Wire (CK1010-16B). 3/16" CANDLEBODY SOCKET (With 12" VARNISHED WIRES). These sockets have been developed especially for use with the CK1010-5 and CK1010-12 series of wire terminal bulbs. When used with a CK1010-12 bulb, they provide a "to-scale" candle look for miniature candlesticks, chandeliers and sconces. Since the bulbs are merely plugged in, bulb replacement is greatly simplified. The sockets are .089" in diameter. Varnished wires are less bulky than the vinyl coated wires and should be used when the wires need to be inserted into tight spaces, such as a narrow rod. (shown here with white wires). .
