    Froste Globes are prefect for modifying outdoor...

    I rewired several solar garden decorations to run on 12 volts DC. I disabled the solar panels and replaced the actual LED light circuit boards with new 12 volt LEDs. One ceramic palm tree has an exposed RBG bulb that needed protection from the elements, so I used one of the mini frosted globes to cover that bulb. But because the frosted globe is plastic, I was concerned about UV rays eventually destroying it. So, I decided to cover that frosted globe with a glass dome. I'm hoping this combination will last a long time outdoors. I'm very pleased with the frosted globes. They are perfect for modifying my outdoor lighted decorations.
