Special Notes: The Decal for "Hi-way Patrol" is beginning to chip away due to age. The top sides that are white and the axles of the vehicle have some paint chips and rust that is most noticeable. The backdoor/ trunk of the patrol car has been broken off Item is sold AS IS. No returns. No refunds.
