1:24 scale Cobblestone Shop By Rebecca Brown - partially assembled - preowned. This appears to be a kit that was started at a show- the artisan/creators name is Rebecca Brown. There is no date on the paperwork. The buyer will need to complete the kit - it appears that all the necessary materials are there (but not the paints, glue, etc) It looks like the cobblestone/stucco exterior is completed. There are also some extra items, such as a bench kit, a resin stuffed armchair, etc. The buyer can repaint the windows/doors and outside to their own satisfaction.
