AMT - 1/25 1976 Chevy Vega Funny Car - Plastic Model Car Kit (1156)
When it was first introduced in 1971, the Chevy Vega received praise and awards and sold well. However, during it's six year production, the car developed a reputation for problems: failing engines, design flaws, heavy rust, safety issues and more. By the time the wrinkles were ironed out the car's reputation was toast and it was discontinued.
